Soulfly – Rise Of The Fallen

Rise Of The Fallen music video (featuring guest vocals from Greg Puciato of the Dillinger Escape Plan) from the album OMEN.

“Rise of the Fallen” is, released as the only single from the band’s seventh studio album, Omen. It was released a month prior to the album in spring 2010, and plays as the album’s second track.

This song contains such groovy riff that it makes the sound of a bulldozer, with whiff of cyber tone. Then a whiff of sitar would lead to the death metal part. Max Cavalera and guest Greg Puciato wrote this song about the loss of wealth after years of slavery.
The music video has scenes of men jumping onto the crowd a couple times, growing into fighting in the concert hall.
